Dustin Smith

When I graduated from college my involvement in playing organized, high-level, competitive sports ended, but I never stopped trying to educate myself on those traits and skills that make an effective quarterback. I began coaching athletes in 2001, and since that time I have been fortunate to be able to work with some wonderful young athletes. I have learned from some of the best coaches in the country and am fortunate to have close friendships with some of the best former players and coaches in the game. I have been blessed to be able to work with thousands of quarterbacks, and to share tools and tips to be successful as an athlete and as a young man. Over the years I have found I enjoy coaching almost as much as I did playing. I have had an opportunity to work with some unbelievable young men and see them reach their goals as a quarterback and as a productive young man.

I was never drafted to play in the NFL, and I was never on ESPN. I know that is very important to some. If you feel that is critical to being a good coach then I am not your guy. However, if you understand that a bio full of impressive playing statistics doesn't automatically make you a good coach, and if you are dedicated to being a respectful and responsible young man off the field, a competitor on the field, and if you are willing to do the work, then I can help you. I will teach you the tools you need to be a successful quarterback. Whether you become great or not is up to you.

Success,

Dustin Smith
